TERMS OF SERVICE

DopeWars ("the Game", "we", "us") is a fictional, entertainment-only trading game. By creating a Posse, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

DopeUSD and all other in-game currencies, items, characters, and balances ("Game Assets") exist solely for entertainment purposes within the Game. Game Assets have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or any other form of legal tender or property, and should not be sold, exchanged, or transfered for real-world value.

This is true regardless of whether Game Assets are tracked in our database (Casual Mode) or represented as tokens on the Solana blockchain (Wallet Mode). Any resemblance between the Game and gambling is coincidental — there is no prize of real-world value, and outcomes have no effect outside the Game.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and, if you use Wallet Mode, your Solana wallet and private keys. We never have access to your private keys and cannot recover them if lost.

Network fees (SOL) incurred while using the Game are your responsibility. We are not responsible for transactions that fail, are delayed, or are affected by congestion or outages of the Solana network or third-party wallet software.

You agree not to: exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unintended advantage; use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Game; attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure; or interfere with other players' use of the Game.

We may suspend or terminate access, and adjust or reverse affected balances, for any account found violating this section.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Game parameters, mechanics, and balances may change as the Game evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of Game Assets, network fees spent, or interruptions in service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
